Today Trevor Howard graduated from High School! The miracle we have all been waiting for... he made it through high school without getting into some serious trouble. Yes! I got home on Thursday evening into Southern Pines, NC and on Friday evening Mom, Dad, Lucy, Bob, Sarah, and I drove out to Fayetteville for the ceremony. It was a nice and quick production that lasted about an hour. At one point in the ceremony there was a tribute to the parents where the students brought out roses for their parents and gave them a hug. It was very sweet. Afterwards there was a reception that was filled with delicious deserts (and Grammy tasted just about everyone of them!) so we feasted on mini cheesecakes, cupcakes, and cookies while Trevor's friends and families chatted. After the reception, Trevor and Sarah went out to dinner with friends and we drove back to Southern Pines. We got home around 9 pm and lounged around.
