Easter weekend went by very fast! Mom made delicious meal after delicious meal and then harassed me to eat even more after that. The biggest news of the weekend is that Trevor was accepted to Appalachian State University and has chosen to attend in the fall!!! So proud of my little brother!! Mom made pasta from scratch on Friday night and used a pasta machine to make the noodles, although she thought they weren't even close to how they SHOULD taste. The rest of us thought they were delicious.
Easter dinner was Ham, aspargus, corn casserole, sweet potatoes, strawberry poppy seed salad, and strawberry shortcake for desert. Yum!!
