It seems the southern pines continues to get farther and farther away everytime we make the drive. The newest Wills family drove 10 hours on Christmas eve beginning at 4 30 am! Kelty was not pleased with the drive but when we did arrive she about jumped out of the car window she was so excited to see mom and pepper.
We went to the Christmas eve church service with Grammy and then spent time watching Christmas movies and eating cookies with the family.
On Christmas day kelty woke up everyone and we opened presents under the tree. Jasin was very excited about his craftsman tool chest and star wars Blu ray set! I was very excited about my new LL Bean down jacket and the complete Harry potter Blu ray set! Kelty racked up an enormous amount of bones ( which she ate all of them in one week). We also got a trailer hitch for the Subaru so we can haul our new boat around! Just kidding, we don't have a boat :) but we have been needing a trailer hitch and dad installed it for us.
We had a delicious ham lunch with Steve and Barbara and Lucy. Lucy received more chocolate for Christmas then I think anyone knows what to do with them. She is still trying to hide them all as we speak.
Also, Christmas day was the only day for the week of our visit that I saw Trevor awake before noon.
The day after Christmas I took Jasin to Fayetteville and we met up with dawn and zach and some girls we went to high school with and had lunch. Jasin and Zach went to Gander Mountain while the girls had reunion.
Tuesday was Jasin and mines lunch date with Lucy at her swanky new pad. This place is a resort! Very pinehurst and very swanky! Gym, library, movie theater, computer room, dining, patios with gardens! Jasin and I are ready to move in! We took some pictures of Lucy's new room and Jasin fixes the closed captioned on her tv so she could read her everybody loves Raymond re runs.
Somewhere in the week we were home I got a haircut, took everyone out to mellow mushroom for dinner and to the movies for Sherlocke Holmes 2, cooked dinner for 8 people, and kelty had free rein over the whole backyard!
