Halloween & Fall = pumpkins and camping! For Halloween we carved some pumpkins and discovered how much the dogs love to eat pumpkin, they were licking the pumpkins and eating the pumpkin "guts" off the table. Jasin carved the AT hiker into his pumpkin and I carved a dog bone and some paw prints into my pumpkin. The school brought the famous ghost hunter Lorraine Warren to campus to talk about her experiences investigating the Amityville Horror and working on the TV show paranormal state. I dragged Jasin to her lecture and he thought it was pretty cool by the end of it.
We went camping overnight with Kelty at Stone Door in southern TN for her first over night trip (shes only 10 months old). Between the three other dogs at the campsite and the coyotes howling in the distance, and the owl on the tree above the tent, Kelty did really well.
Brianna bought Bodie a Royalty costume for Halloween and he went to the Halloween fest at our local park in costume (he was mortified). We put the costume on Kelty and you can tell by her face she was NOT having it!
