OBX day three

Cold. Wet. Windy. Miserable? We were supposed to go horse back riding and hang gliding today and then visit the Roanoke ISland festival park. We woke up to pouring raining and 43 degree temps - gross. Instead I took everyone to the wright brothers national memorial and then to the outlet mall and then a miracle happened - the rain stopped and I took half the group hanggliding and the other half the group went to the the movies instead because not even the horses wanted to be outside!
