Happy Easter!

Whew! The big meal is finished and everything is cleaned... Just in time forTrevor to wake up from his food coma & is hungry again. We had a big day today! I was awake by 6 30 to make bread bowls for our appetizers. Today's menu: appetizers of spinach artichoke dip in a bread bowl and devilled eggs made by Brianna. Pear , strawberry & walnut spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Herb stuffed. Cornish hens, roasted asparagus, wild rice, German rolls, and a champagne punch which was amazing. Dessert was a blackberry lemon tort. We had a big crowd for Easter too: Jasin, myself, mom, dad, trevor, Brianna and then 4 dogs! The Easter bunny brought everyone treats including the dogs who all got along well.
